Place an Order

Fill out form with all requested information. If ordering multiple units and you have an excel document with all the requested information, you may attach the file to bypass the required fields for location and vehicle information.

Review the information that you provided, to confirm accuracy and agree to our terms of service items below the order form.

Click the ”submit order” button. Details will be sent to NIS for processing. If you are a new client, a NIS representative will contact you ASAP to confirm the order and total cost. They will provide a general ETA of when the inspector plans to schedule the inspection and will then secure payment for the service.

Once the on-site inspection has been completed, the report should be filed that evening or the following morning. Once the report has been reviewed by our quality control team, the report will be delivered via email.

I agree that all information provided has been verified to be accurate and the point of contact has been informed of the pending inspection. By checking this box, I understand if I cancel the order or the information must be changed to complete the order, I may be subject to an administrative fee of $50.

I agree that the vehicle ordered to be inspected will be available at the provided location and are ready to view. The NIS inspector will make contact and schedule an appointment. At the scheduled time, If the vehicle(s) are found to have dead batteries, NIS will request a jump start, only if the service can be provided by personnel in custody of the vehicle(s). Otherwise, I understand that NIS will perform no repairs and the vehicle will be inspected in "as is" condition. If the vehicle(s) ordered are not present or available at the time of the scheduled appointment, I understand I will be assessed a "dry run" fee, minimum of $100 for the inspector's time and travel expenses.
